As part of this tutorial, we will discuss how to do this on a PC, Android device, and iOS device.
Case-1: On PC
1. Select the complete text or paragraph.

2. Click on the Home tab, Locate the Paragraph section, and then click on the Paragraph Options as highlighted in the screenshot below.

3. On the Paragraph pop-up, In the Indentation section, select the (none) option from the Special: drop-down and then click on the OK button to save the changes.

Now, you can see below the hanging indent has been removed successfully. Check out the below screenshot for your reference.

Case-2: On Android device
1. To remove hanging indent from Word on your Android device, start by selecting the text.
2. After the text is selected, click on the editing option to open the formatting menu at the bottom.
3. From there, click on Home.
4. Under home, select Paragraph formatting.
5. Select Special Indent. In this section, select None to remove the indent.
Case-2: On iOS
To remove the indent
1. Select the text that you want to format.
2. Move the lower triangles corresponding to the text back to their initial position.
This will remove the indent, and the text will go back to the block format it was in previously.
